Product warranty

All our products are delivered with copy of the invoice. Proof of purchase is essential in order to take advantage of the guarantee.

The Az. Agr. Chiarentana states that the commercial guarantee conditions provided, whatever they are, do not affect the consumer's rights established by the LEGISLATIVE DECREE February 2, 2002, n.24.

When problems arise with our products, we advise you to contact Chiarentana by phone (+39) 0578 69100 or e-mail info@chiarentanaolio.com , to verify whether to send the material to our office for the verification of product defects or otherwise.

The goods may be returned or replaced for defects or inconsistencies with respect to the Italian regulations.
When the customer decides to return the goods to us, he must be aware that

• • If the product is found to be defective, a new one will be sent immediately (the shipping and collection costs in this case are at our expense). To have a new product as a replacement, the product must be sent back within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of the same, and the defect of the object must first be communicated by phone or via an email or WhatsApp, then a photo must be sent to understand the problem of the defect.

• • If it is ascertained that the product is not defective, but only damaged by the customer or poorly maintained, the product will be returned in the optimal conditions if possible (the costs of collection and shipping will be charged to the CUSTOMER).

It is possible to forward to Az. Agr. Chiarentana complaints and any complaints to the e-mail address info@chiarentanaolio.com or from the Contact page on the website. The Complaints system represents for us a constant feedback on customer satisfaction and allows us to: make an objective and direct evaluation of the work done, identify any problems and shortcomings, resolve errors and inefficiencies in order to achieve continuous improvement of the service.
